Twenty years ago I became interested in the art of sugarcraft and  after making and decorating cakes for friends and
family I decided to embark on a two year college course to further my  knowledge.
I attained a City & Guilds qualification.

What started off as a hobby has turned into a real passion for me and every cake I produce is given my full interest
and expertise.  I like to incorporate your theme into the finished piece and with so much available, I can create
something special for you.

With the demise of a lot of bakeries not offering this service I have proven that I can offer you a cake which will be
unique and not replicated for anyone else.
